We are happy to announce that the first DEMSCORE Conference will take place on the 12–13 of June 2023, as a lunch-to-lunch event. The first full version of the DEMSCORE platform will be launched, and research findings from DEMSCORE partners will be presented through seminars, panel discussions, and workshops.
The event will take place at the Wallenberg Conference Center in Gothenburg, Sweden and is organized by DEMSCORE and its partnering modules:
- V-Dem (Varieties of Democracy) Institute,
- QoG (Quality of Government) Institute,
- UCDP (Uppsala Conflict Data Program) and ViEWS (Dataset on early warnings of political violence),
- COMPLAB (Comparative Policy Laboratory),
- REPDEM (The Representative Democracy Data Archive), and
- H-DATA (The Historical Data Archive).
We are developing a program of inspirational speakers and sessions and will announce details in due course.
